Katrin joined a high-profile recruiting jury as an outside perspective from brand, marketing and entrepreneurship. Her role went beyond classic creator communication: from activating her LinkedIn community during the nomination phase to selecting the Recruiting Rebels, the Talent Camp and the Award Night, she accompanied the initiative across several months and touchpoints.

WHY IT WORKED
✓ Long-term integration instead of a one-off creator activation ✓ Credible expert role within an industry-relevant initiative ✓ Connecting LinkedIn content, thought leadership and IRL touchpoints ✓ Outside brand perspective as a deliberate complement to the jury’s recruiting expertise ✓ The creator as an active part of the initiative rather than just a communication channel

EMMA-ISADORA HAGEN & KIRA MARIE CREMER
Together with Stepstone, Emma-Isadora Hagen and Kira Marie Cremer turned current findings from the Hiring Trends Update 2026 into two independent LinkedIn storylines. The goal was to make complex labour market data accessible through relevant creator perspectives and to position Stepstone beyond the classic job board as a data-driven partner for current labour market and recruiting questions.

Two creators translated the same data into different perspectives relevant to their communities. Emma focused on the contradiction between a high willingness to switch jobs and harder recruiting: although only 6% rule out changing jobs, 46% of recruiters say recruiting has become more difficult. From this she developed her perspective on poor fit and inefficient recruiting processes. Kira picked up on labour market uncertainty and the impact of AI: 35% worry that their role could become obsolete through AI or automation. At the same time, 83% have actively developed new skills in the past twelve months. From this she built her own storyline around FOBO vs. FOLA and how adaptable employees are.

The activation showed how data-driven B2B content can be turned into relevant discussions through creators. Instead of simply repeating the findings of the Hiring Trends Update, Emma and Kira developed their own theses from the data and put them into context from their own perspectives.
